The loop

How it works

The product is a conversation. You describe what you need in plain words; the studio builds it, verifies it, and keeps going after launch. Here is the whole loop — no mystery.

01 Tell us

The intake takes about ten minutes: what your business does, what the site must do, and the verified facts — hours, prices, address — that are allowed to appear on it. Nothing you don't state is invented.

You get an itemized, fixed quote in seconds. Pricing is deterministic — a rubric in code, not a salesperson — so the same brief always gets the same price. Anything unusual goes to a human for review before we quote it. We'd rather pause than guess.

02 We fire the kiln

Approve the quote and the build starts. You get two concept directions on your real content — not lorem ipsum — and pick one. We don't blend concepts; mixing is how sites become mediocre.

Then we finish it: days, not months. Before you see anything, every page passes an adversarial quality gate, including an accessibility check — structure, link names, language tag, and contrast in light and dark. A page that fails doesn't ship.

03 You launch

Review the preview and send notes. Your plan includes revision rounds — one round is one batch of notes — and when they're used up, further changes are quoted as change orders before any work starts. No silent scope creep in either direction.

If you reject the first preview of your site, your setup fee is refunded in full. Approve, and the site goes live.

04 Just ask

This is the part that makes us a studio you keep, not one you hire once. After launch, the site is operated: say the change and it happens.

  • “Move the Friday hours to 8–14.”
  • “Add a photo of the new menu.”
  • “Put the winter prices up.”

Each request follows the same loop: conversation change verify. The change is made on the real site, checked, and only then reported done — in minutes, not a ticket queue.

Where humans come in

The building and operating is done by our agents — that's why the price is what it is. Humans review at defined gates, not vibes: unusual requests before quoting, accessibility conformance, anything touching payments or your domain, and every billing question or dispute — those get a human reply within one business day.

Want the numbers first? See pricing.

That is the whole loop.

Request an invite

Ten minutes of plain questions, then a fixed quote — the intake opens with an invitation.
