Terms (v1)

Scope

What we build is exactly what's itemized in your quote — the pages, capabilities, and services listed there. Anything beyond the quote is priced as a change order, agreed with you before any work starts.

Revisions

Your plan includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on your quote. A round is one batch of change requests on a preview. When the included rounds are used up, further changes are quoted as change orders — we always tell you before anything costs money.

Billing

What you pay today covers the one-time setup plus your first month. Your monthly plan then renews one month from the day you approve, and monthly after that.

This says when the recurring charge starts. It adds nothing to the terms above and does not change them, so it stands whatever version you accepted.

Refunds

If you reject the first preview of your site, your setup fee is refunded in full.

Your content is yours

Everything on your site — copy, images, data — belongs to you. You can export all of it, in full, at any time, whether you stay or go.

Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. Your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export everything before then.

Any dispute, billing question, or complaint goes to a human, who responds within 1 business day.
